Do you have a mirror? Sure, we all do. The mirror is neutral, reflecting exactly what we place in front of it. The good news about a mirror is that the moment we change how we stand in front of it, our reflection changes. It does so immediately, not over the course of time! We shower, comb our hair and dress, and the mirror shows us that change - immediately. The same is true with the environment. The environment is a neutral zone reflecting back to us what we are presenting to it. The environment is not punishing us or rewarding us according to “how IT feels today”. The environment is reflecting back to us “how WE feel today”… period! This is what Law of Attraction is all about. “What we think about, we bring about. How we feel, makes it happen faster.”
The universal Law of Attraction is literal, as is mirror. The environment reflects back to us what our beliefs are and then manifests with speed how we feel. What does not serve us is to blame the environment or the cycles in our industry or the industry itself for the reasons why we are not happy, healthy and abundant because the environment is neutral, like a mirror. Visionary leadership will help you achieve your goals, and manifest the dreams you have for your organization.

Most men are faced with a challenge. Since birth, they receive input that only from weakness does one show emotion, show feelings. The problem with this theory is that it’s been scientifically proven that feeling plays a big part in every aspect of consciousness and creation. In fact, it’s the most powerful aspect of our identity. The work therefore is awakening our feeling about what we are focusing on creating. Dr. Emoto’s book, “Hidden Messages from Water” reveals through his studies that not only does feeling impact ones experience, but the feeling of appreciation is the most powerful feeling to have.
My work is to assist a client in shifting their mindset and how they feel. I then help them direct that focus to open doors they never dreamed possible.

The universal Law of Attraction is literal, as is a mirror. These laws can as easily be applied to business as to personal issues. The environment reflects our beliefs back to us and then manifests with speed how we feel. What does not serve us is to blame the environment or the cycles in our industry or the industry itself for the reasons why we are not happy, healthy and abundant because the environment is neutral, like a mirror. Likewise, with business leadership, blaming anything outside of our domain is both unproductive and destructive.
The present consciousness shift around the world is a profound knowing that we can create our own experience by visualizing what we wish to create. Feeling the wonder and the gratitude of what we want to appear in our experience is key! My next blog entry will reveal how feeling impacts your experience. The feeling of appreciation is the most powerful feeling to have. If you’re interested in taking a look at your true belief system, and seeing how deeply your feelings are associated with those beliefs, please visit www.7stepsinc.com

In Gregg Braden’s new book, “The Spontaneous Healing of Belief”, Gregg writes about, “You cannot create what you do not believe”. He also writes about the field of energy surrounding each of us. With the technology available to us now, the energy emanating from around us can be measured. It extends 8 feet around each one of us, (within that 8 feet is the extent current technology is able to measure). Energy/attitudes/beliefs are felt and received by others and then reflected in our environmental experiences. Another study was done measuring the energy field emitted from thought and the energy field emitted from feeling/emotions. What was discovered is that the power of the energy field we emit from our feelings/emotions is 5000 times more powerful than the energy we emit from our thoughts. So the key to “cracking the code” of manifesting what our hearts dreams are comes from how we feel.

What You “Put Out There” is Reflected Back
When we stand in front of a mirror, we quietly expect to see what we bring to the mirror to be reflected back to us. After rising first thing in the morning - standing in front of the mirror and seeing hair flattened on one side, standing out on the other (as if a finger was placed in a light socket) - we wouldn’t even think to “blame the mirror” for having the unmitigated gall, the audacity to show us what we look like! We look like what we look like! The mirror is neutral, no opinion, reflecting back to us only and exactly what we place in front of it. In this context, our friends would laugh out loud if we called them and said, “You just won’t believe what my mirror did to me today!” Funnier yet is if our friend then shares with us, “if you think that’s bad, you should see what MY mirror did to ME today!” We would be laughing so hard because we all know that the mirror is not punishing us or blessing us, it is merely reflecting back to us what we are presenting to it.
It’s the same way with Business Leadership. What you put out there – your thoughts, your actions, your creations – reflect back to you and those you lead, financially and otherwise.
